Family and friends often have a lot of questions about the nbn™ access network. nbn™ GO, the nbn staff app, is designed to help you to answer those questions and solve issues on the spot. Features include:

Knowledge base
nbn™ GO puts answers to questions about Australias new broadband network at your fingertips. Simply type the relevant keyword or search term into the search bar or browse by topic. You can access hundreds of dynamic articles with the most up-to-date information.

Check address
The Check Address function allows you to instantly access ready-for-service and technology type information to pass on to your family and friends.

Raise a case
You can submit enquiries, complaints or damage reports on behalf of family, friends or acquaintances. You must collect their details in accordance with your obligations under nbns Privacy Policy and as noted in the Terms for this app.

Before creating an enquiry-related case, search the knowledge articles to check their question hasnt already been answered. Also ensure that the query is not better directed to a service provider - e.g. for plans and pricing information or post-installation enquiries.

Raised cases are managed by the nbn contact centre. Your friend or family member will receive a response from them within three days for damage reports or complaints, and within five days for enquiries. If your friend or family member chooses to receive phone calls, they will be kept up to date on the progress of their case via phone. Additionally, theyll receive an email notification both when their case is created and when it is closed. You can track progress of all your cases within the app.
